2" Dragonfly Larvae
"The Crossbearer"
Creek Life Lure Co. × By His Grace Fishing
Some of the strongest creatures in a creek spend most of their lives hidden beneath the water.
Long before a dragonfly ever takes flight, it crawls among gravel, roots, fallen timber, and current seams, waiting for the day it climbs into the light.
The Crossbearer was inspired by that quiet journey.
Created alongside By His Grace Fishing, this ultra-realistic dragonfly larvae imitates one of the creek's most overlooked meals while carrying something even more meaningful within its tail.
Sometimes the smallest things beneath the water tell the biggest stories.
How It Fishes
Dragonfly larvae don't dart around the creek chasing prey.
They crawl. They pause. They cling to rocks and wood while current moves naturally around them.
The Crossbearer was designed to do exactly that.
Fish it beneath a float, crawl it slowly across gravel, drift it naturally through current seams, or let it settle beside submerged rocks and timber. The broad tail produces subtle movement while the realistic body profile convinces even pressured fish that it's the real thing.
Often, the best presentation is simply letting the creek do the work.

Creek Life Tip
Most anglers fish insect imitations too aggressively.
Dragonfly larvae spend their lives hugging the bottom.
Slow down.
Let the current move the bait. Pause beside rocks. Ease it over gravel. Give fish time to discover it naturally.
Sometimes the most realistic presentation is doing almost nothing at all.
Why "The Crossbearer"?
The Crossbearer was created in collaboration with By His Grace Fishing.
If you look closely, you'll notice a cross molded directly into the tail, not added afterward, but built into the bait itself.
It serves as a quiet reminder of the faith that inspired its creation.
We believe every cast is an opportunity to slow down, appreciate God's creation, and spend time in the places He made.
Whether you fish these mountain creeks every weekend or only once a year, we hope The Crossbearer reminds you that some of life's greatest blessings are found where the water runs clear.
Designed for Creek Life
The Crossbearer is the result of countless hours studying real dragonfly larvae, refining proportions, and testing presentations in Appalachian creeks.
Every body segment, leg, eye, and tail was intentionally designed to imitate one of the creek's most effective natural food sources while remaining durable enough for repeated catches.
This isn't just another soft plastic.
It's a bait built from faith, craftsmanship, and a love for the small waters we call home.
"Carry your faith. Fish the current. Never forget the One who created it."
