Boyan Humpback
15mm Hand-Carved Balsa Micro Crankbait
0.59" Length
Approx. 1/40 oz
Hand Carved
UL + BFS
The Boyan Humpback is a downright tiny hand-carved balsa micro crankbait made for the kind of water we call home — skinny creeks, shallow runs, current seams, rock pockets, root wads, and those little overlooked stretches where bigger baits just don't belong.
Measuring only 15mm (0.59") and weighing approximately 0.7g (1/40 oz), the Humpback gives ultralight and BFS anglers a true micro hard bait for matching the smallest forage in the creek.
That short, deep-bodied profile works with the oversized bill to create a lively little wobble in a bait barely bigger than your thumbnail. Crawl it through a pool, twitch it beside a root wad, work it across a current seam, or sneak it through clear water when the fish have decided everything else in your box looks too dang big.
Made By Hand. Not By The Thousands.
Each Humpback is individually hand-carved and hand-painted in Indonesia from genuine balsa wood by one passionate fisherman. Small differences in carving, foil, paint, and finish are part of the deal. They're not factory-perfect clones — each little bait carries the fingerprints of the person who made it.

What'll Eat It?
Trout • Bluegill • Sunfish • Rock Bass • Redeye • Crappie • Creek Smallmouth
Basically, if it lives in skinny water and eats little things, you've got a shot.
Please Note: Because these lures are individually handmade, slight variations in color, carving, foil placement, eyes, and finish should be expected. That's part of what makes each Humpback its own little piece of creek tackle.
When everything else looks too dang big — throw the Humpback.
